These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of voyaggora.com and our AI travel concierge (the "Service"), operated by Voyaggora AI ("Voyaggora", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
Voyaggora is an AI-powered travel concierge. It helps you plan trips, recommends options, and links you to partner websites and tools. Where we offer booking directly (for example flights), we act as an intermediary between you and the airline or supplier. The airline or supplier, not Voyaggora, provides the travel itself, and its own conditions of carriage and fare rules apply.
2. AI-generated content
Our concierge uses artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes or give out-of-date information. Suggestions, prices, schedules and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed at checkout or by the supplier. Please verify important details, and do not treat AI output as legal, medical, visa or financial advice.
3. Prices, availability and partner links
Prices and availability change quickly and are set by suppliers and partners. When you click a partner link or use a partner's search tool, you complete your booking with that partner under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not a party to that transaction. We may earn a commission from partners, at no extra cost to you (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
4. Bookings and payments made through Voyaggora
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout.
- Flight checkout shows the airline fare and, as a separate line, a Voyaggora concierge service fee for arranging the booking.
- If we are unable to complete a booking after you pay, you will receive a full automatic refund.
- Once a ticket is issued, the airline fare can be refunded, changed or cancelled only as the airline's fare rules allow. The concierge service fee is non-refundable after ticketing.
- Changes and cancellations may involve airline fees and, where applicable, a handling fee. We will tell you about any fee before you confirm.
5. Your responsibilities as a traveler
- Provide accurate information. Names must match your passport or travel ID exactly; errors can lead to fees or denied boarding.
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health and entry requirements, and for arriving on time.
- You must be at least 18 to book, and you are responsible for all travelers you book for.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, fraud, attempts to disrupt or probe our systems, scraping at scale, or attempts to bypass payment or security controls.
7. Intellectual property
The Voyaggora name, logo, site design and content are owned by us or our licensors. Partner names and logos belong to their owners. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or services of airlines, hotels, tour operators, partners or other third parties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyaggora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change or suspend the Service at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend access for misuse.
