How many days you need

Getting around
The center is compact and easy to walk. The DART commuter rail runs along the coast, the Luas trams cross the city, and buses fill in the rest; a Leap Card can be used across them and is usually cheaper than paying cash fares. Buses from the airport run frequently into the center.
What to skip
Temple Bar is lively but is the most expensive area for a drink; pubs a short walk away often have traditional music sessions and a more local crowd. Many of the national museums and galleries are free, so they are worth prioritizing on a budget.
